Lizel Shepherd

Lizel has a degree in Business Science from the University of Cape Town and worked in the financial services for five years before moving to the non-profit sector. She was at the Children’s Hospital Trust for four years during its Operating Theatres Campaign; and at Inyathelo for eight years, working on various capacity-building initiatives for non-profits – including doing project work with health research NGOs in East Africa. She joined amaBhungane in 2018.
